G&G also undertake in-house manufacture of all types of equipment, from reverse engineered replacement parts to new supply assemblies. We are particulary experienced in manufacturing Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Plastic and Aluminium fabrications to customer specifications.
For critical fabrications we develop weld procedures for 3rd party approval before commencing manufacture and where required, welds are subjected to Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure joint integrity. Examples of Critical and General fabricated products manufactured by G&G include;
