Just thought I would drop you a line to say thanks for your help on the repairs that were completed over Christmas. The gear is running a lot more quieter and as far as I can tell the vibration has decreased but we are getting somebody in to do an analysis this week. Could you pass on my thanks to Steve, John and the two Ian’s for their work.
Could you please pass on my thanks to all your team for all the hard work and commitment they have given us in ensuring that this project could be completed successfully in very difficult circumstances. There were many unexpected problems that needed to be overcome and what with the very harsh weather your team never faltered they just got on with the task in hand.
